But we take it a step further to ensure you’re as confident as you can be in bringing it to us for service. We guarantee all our repairs in writing for you with our Lifetime Guarantee. This means the repairs we complete, as reflected by your final estimate, will stand the test of time against any workmanship defects for as long as you own your car or truck. If they do not, bring it back to us, and we will work to see those defects repaired and your vehicle improved to like-new condition at no cost to you. Please note that our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover defects or damages related to rust, abuse, subsequent collisions, theft, stone chips, scratches resulting from others’ actions, or improper care or maintenance.
Auto Glass Lifetime Guarantee
Heart City Toyota Collision Center’s Lifetime Guarantee extends to auto glass as well! If you are dissatisfied with our finished windshield repair, or our glass chip repair fails to prevent a break or further damage, bring it back. We will credit the chip repair cost towards a new windshield and install it for you as well. Every auto glass repair we complete is guaranteed against air and water leaks, defective materials, and subpar workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.
